The cats' whiskers. A bit of a technical challenge. Now Larry has his whiskers, just a strip of light to paint on the Downing Street door, and a little bit more detail here and there - then the miniature portrait of the chief mouser will be complete.

The state of play on my most recent oil painting.
After four weeks trekking/ photographing the Kanchenjunga region of Nepal. This view of Chang Himal above the campsite at Llonak is the inspiration for my next painting.
