A miniature , based on a photograph from recent trip to Kanchenjunga Nepal. The North face of Jannu, also known as the "Wall of shadows". Rarely climbed, however three Americans put up a new direct line up the face called "Round trip ticket" whilst I was in Nepal. I amongst other volunteers and staff from Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve will be exhibiting our art work over the the weekend at the reserve centre in the "The Holt" . Combine this with an opportunity to view the wildlife from the hides as featured recently on BBC Autumnwatch 2014. Or enjoy the great food in the cafe upstairs and if thats not enough a Christmas shopping session in the gift shop downstairs. Well that should keep eveyone happy for the day! ...more

Milnthorpe Art exhibition 25-28th July 2013

This is described as the South Lakelands most prestigious open exhibition with over 400 exhibits. Three of my paintings has been selected for display. Held inside the church in the main square at Milnthorpe the exhibition runs July 25th -28th and is open Thursday-Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 10am-3pm.

Silverdale and Arnside Art trail 2013

Once again I will be exhibiting on the Silverdale Art Trail.Originals paintings, limited edition prints and cards available.
The art trail runs over the last weekend in June Friday 5pm-8pm and Saturday/Sunday 10.30pm -5.30pm.
This year I will be down "The Row" at Scar close -number 13. This is the first house on the left on the Row" from the "Eaves wood" national trust car park. I will be exhibiting along with our host photographer - Clare Martin, ceramist Otalia Johnson and glass jewellery by Phillippa Lee with landscape painter Chris Rigby next door.
So theres something for everyone.

Silverdale and Arnside Art trail 2012

I am currently working on a collection of minature paintings inspired by my trips to Nepal. You will be able to see theses and my other work at the 2012 Silverdale and Arnside art trail which runs from the 29th,30th June and 1st July. This year I will be exhibiting with other artists at the Leeds children holiday home -opposite Holgates caravan park.

Grange-over Sands Prom Art 2011
